Terms and Conditions Yarnsea – Designer

1. Definitions

  1. In these General Terms and Conditions:

“Terms and Conditions": These general terms and conditions, regardless of the form in which they are made known;

“Services”: Yarnsea specializes in the sale, assembly, and printing of crafting books and manuals, both in digital and physical forms, commonly known as patterns. Through its platform, 'Yarnsea', Designers are empowered to offer and sell their crafting patterns. In addition to this, Yarnsea introduces an integrated solution where these patterns can be bundled with the necessary materials, enabling the realization of the crafting project outlined in the manual, thereby presenting a complete crafting kit for consumers;

“Content”: All materials, including but not limited to, crafting books, manuals, patterns, descriptions, images, and any related documentation, supplied by the Designer for the purpose of utilizing Yarnsea's Services;

“Kits”:         A package offered by Yarnsea containing all necessary materials to execute a project as described in a particular content. This includes but is not limited to yarns, tools, and other crafting essentials;  ****

“Agreement”: the agreement between Yarnsea and Designer for the provision of Services;

“Platform”: The platform offered by Yarnsea through the website www.Yarnsea.com, an application, or any other means, where the Designer can offer their Content.

“Yarnsea”: Yarnsea Group B.V. (hereinafter: Yarnsea), with its registered office and principal place of business in Zoetermeer, 2717 BZ, at Vlamingstraat 4, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce in The Netherlands under file number: 86015850 0000;

“Request”: a request from a Designer for Services;

“Designer”: a counterparty of Yarnsea under an Agreement.

2. Applicability

  1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, legal relationships, assignments and Agreements of Yarnsea, including agreements in which Yarnsea is entered into directly or through or with the mediation of third parties.
  2. Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions by the Designer are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in advance in writing.
  3. These General Terms and Conditions also apply to additional agreements and subsequent agreements between Yarnsea and Designer.
  4. The applicability of any purchasing or other (general) terms and conditions of Designer is hereby expressly rejected.
